Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The claim must be made within 3 days counting from when it was delivered.
To be eligible for a Exchange on a defected item, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Complaints about missing items will be needing an unboxing video of opening the package.

Exchanges

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, no worries, you can return the product back to our warehouse in exchange for a voucher. (However, we discourage returns without reasons. We expect the customer to empathies with the hard work our team puts into packing, dispatching and servicing an order.)

All you need to do is Email at pardahdaari001@gmail.com or contact on Whattsapp at 03267713420 within a period of 3 days, counting from the day of receiving your order.

Claim of exchange can be rejected if item(s) are found to be stained, worn, perfumed or modified from their original condition when they reach us, in which case the buyer will not be compensated.

Exchanges are only provided once for a particular order. Exchange on exchange isn’t applicable.


Change of mind and exchange due to personal likeness is not applicable on this category.  

NOTE: You must initiate an exchange request within 3 days of receiving your package, after which we may not be able to help you.

 

Process of Exchange
Once your exchange is approved, please send the exchange items back at our warehouse with your original order ID mentioned clearly on top of it. The items should reach us no later than 10 days after your request has been approved.

Color issues.

All LCD displays are calibrated differently hence we cannot guarantee how the color looks on our screen, whether viewed through a laptop or cell phone device, matches exactly what’s displayed on your screen. All display screens deliver a different display experience hence exact color representation to real life is often difficult.

Although we try our best to capture colors as close as possible to how they appear in real, we cannot guarantee a hundred percent match. The difference between different display screens is minimal but beyond our control.

Parcel Refusals

Strict action will be taken against all who don't pay delivery charges after the parcel is dispatched and you refuse it.  There are charges that have to be paid when sending out the parcel hence please place orders mindfully. If you refuse the parcel after dispatching, on doorstep or otherwise after the rider has reached your city and place of delivery, client stands liable to pay the costs associated with it. In case of parcel refusal, you need to pay Rs 250 delivery charges, and we’ll cover the rest of the loss (marketing, labor and packaging).

Once you refuse a parcel on doorstep, delivery charges will be taken in advance if you want to place an order again.
