Received an incorrect or faulty product? Immediately email us at pardahdaari001@gmail.com with your Order ID and pictures explaining the issue and we'd be happy to replace it for free!

Other reasons: You can only apply for a size exchange within 3 days of receiving the product at pardahdaari001@gmail.com with all tags and packaging intact without any signs of use. Delivery charges apply for size exchange and may take 15-20 days. You'll have to send the product first to our warehouse and once inspected, you'll be sent your requested size.

We do not accept change of mind requests for a design change on abayas.
